Sunasia Travel Ltd.
In 1986, CIDLI associated with Sunasia Travel Ltd. with the objective to expand CIDLI's activities and improve its services. This association has the common goal of providing the clients the best destinations (plane tickets) and guided traveling tours everywhere in the world. The area of specialization of Sunasia Travel Ltd. is the guided traveling groups (between 20 to 120 people) for North American clientele who desire to travel to Vietnam. Vietnam is a dynamic destination for tourists: global & panoramic view of numerous landscapes left by the war, colored temples & perfumed pagodas and excellent romantic beaches deriving historical coasts. It has been found that many Canadians & Americans, with the origin of Vietnam, returned in great numbers every year to Vietnam to visit their family & relatives and the rhythm grows constantly.
In parallel, with the rhythm of development of various commerce and services for the Developement of the Asian countries, CIDLI associated & collaborated with many other Canadian companies to respond to the growing needs and essential requirements.
Voyages MEKONG Travel
At the end of 1992, Voyages Mekong Travel Inc. is found to respond to the needs of the population mostly in the province of Québec, Canada, especially the Asian communities of Montréal (Vietnamese, Laotian, Chinese, Filipinos and Cambodian). Voyages Mekong Travel Inc. is a subsidiary of Sunasia Travel Ltd. The strict cooperation of the two companies brings numerous advantages to clients and therefore enlarges the area of tourism. Mrs. Joanne T.N.P. Ly is the Director of Voyages MEKONG Travel, formerly Voyage SUNASIA Travel.
Paradis Soins de Beauté
Paradis Soins de Beauté was created in 1992 to offer esthetical services: hairdressing and make-up for Montrealers. Furthermore, Paradis Soins de Beauté provides cosmetic products to the Canadian and Vietnamese Market.
Socadi QuaLy Ltd.
By September 1992, CIDLI associated with Dr. Q.T. Tung eng., to found Socadi QuaLy Ltd. (Société Asiatique de Developpement et d'investisement QuaLy Ltd.) as an effort to become more active in the area of consultation, investment and transfer of technology. On September 1993, Socadi QuaLy Ltd. signed a contract with a Vietnamese commercial partner to implement a manufacturer of medications (Empty Hard-Gelatin Capsules) in the province of Vinh Long, Vietnam. The customer is a major supplier of medications (general usage) for Vietnam and its neighboring countries. This contract exceeds 10 million of dollars (USD) signed with the Pharmaceutical Company has brought credibility and potential for both Socadi QuaLy Ltd. and CIDLI, as well as for the Vietnamese Government. The supplier of equipment is Technophar Equipment & Service Ltd; a Canadian company with a recognized international reputation.
ASIA Enterprises Ltd.
The task of economic development remains stressing and at top priority due to the actual needs for the reconstruction and development of the economy of Vietnam. A group of businessmen, specialist of Canada reunited to found a company named Asia Enterprises Ltd as a result to favorable directives following the US lifted their embargo on Vietnam. These abundant and profitable activities included: consultation, distribution and supplying of equipment, material of commerce and industries, heavy industrial machines.
Karasawa Kasei Company
On January 1996, CIDLI Group contributed the consulting aspect of a medication construction project. This plant produces plastic tubes for blood transfusion for the patients in the high tech quality medical industry of Japan. Karasawa Kasei Company invests and builds up the plant in Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The project value exceeds 15 million dollars (USD) and the plant has been operating and producing since end of 1997.
